Have you ever heard that your body holds emotions in the hip area? Some even refer to the hips as the body's junk drawer, believe it or not! What does this mean?
As you can imagine, as we move through life what happens to us affects us. The body is attuned to all emotions, "good or bad" and, at times, these feelings can become stored or trapped in the body.
Through movement and therapy, we can learn to give ourselves a healthy channel to release our emotions through our hips.
