All that we live, and experience is processed through our mind, body, and spirit. As we move through life, how we choose to deal with our emotions can have a profound effect on how we feel. Especially, when it comes to trauma, our bodies keep score and hang onto these memories if we do not completely process and release them.
Whether we carry the awareness of our emotional history in the forefront of consciousness, or not, bringing attention to how and where we are carrying our traumas and/or stored emotions in our bodies is powerful.
