Overcoming Pain

Being in pain and discomfort takes a toll on our mental, physical, and emotional health. Our bodies are marvelously designed to indicate when something is out of alignment or balance and pain is one of our tools. However, that does not mean that we need to normalize pain succumb to living with it. Just as our bodies are equipped with pain, we also have the power to heal dysfunction and restore ourselves.


Listening to your body and proactively giving it what it needs is a crucial part of maintaining balance and feeling good. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to preventatively care for ourselves which can result in us reacting to pain with seeking treatment.


Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) is a wonderful way of treating pain and tension in the body. Consistent care can relieve symptoms, restore function and prevent invasive or harmful measures like surgery or pain medication. Medical intervention has it's place, but what if we could heal without going to extreme lengths?
